Neither/Either Clue
Neither/Either clues - in a neither clue you know that B is not equal to A. In Either clues B is equal to A. So you know if its true or of its false.
So reading the question for either you know Laura is either $40 or the Pisces tattoo, so you can eliminate the other options for this.
In the Neither clue it says neither Laura or Daryl got the Sagittarius so you can eliminate that for Laura and Daryl.
So when you look at the clues you know to use neither/either because you can eliminate an answer(s) and it most likely says Either or Neither
